Terms and Conditions

By purchasing tickets, registering as a sponsor, or participating in the GTA 1st World Mega Convention (“Event”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticketing & Registration

• All tickets and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Entry will be permitted only upon presenting a valid ticket or registration confirmation.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
• Each ticket is valid for the specified date(s) only.

2. Sponsorship Packages

• Sponsorship benefits, as outlined in the registration package, will be provided as per availability and event schedule.
• GTA reserves the right to modify sponsor benefits if required due to operational needs.

3. Event Access & Participation

• Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
• GTA reserves the right to restrict entry or remove any individual causing disruption or misconduct.

4. Programs & Schedule

• The event schedule, including guest speakers, cultural programs, and performances, is subject to change without prior notice.
• GTA will not be held responsible for last-minute changes, delays, or cancellations beyond its control.

5. Photography & Media

• By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
• GTA reserves the right to use such media for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.

6. Food, Beverage & Safety

• Food and beverages provided at the venue are included as part of select ticket/sponsorship categories.
• Outside food, alcohol, and prohibited items are not allowed inside the venue.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. GTA is not liable for loss or theft.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final. No refunds will be provided unless the event is fully canceled.
• In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, government order, etc.), GTA will communicate alternative arrangements.

8. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected towards organizers, sponsors, performers, and fellow attendees.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
• GTA and the event organizers are not responsible for injury, illness, or damages arising during the event.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Telangana, India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
