Thank you for your interest in the GTA 1st World Mega Convention, taking place on December 27 & 28, 2025, at Akshaya Convention, Hyderabad. Please review our cancellation policy before purchasing tickets or registering as a sponsor.
No Cancellation Policy
- All ticket purchases, event registrations, and sponsorship packages are final and non-cancelable.
- Once payment is completed and your registration is confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- This policy applies to all categories of tickets and sponsorships purchased through gtaconvention.org or authorized partners.
Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizers
- In the rare case that the GTA Mega Convention is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government directives, or force majeure events), participants will be notified promptly.
- Any alternative arrangements or credits for future events will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.
- Please note that no monetary refunds will be provided.
Participant Responsibility
- Attendees are responsible for ensuring their availability on the event dates before completing their registration.
- Please confirm all details carefully as changes, cancellations, or transfers cannot be made once registration is finalized.
