No Refund Policy
- All ticket purchases, sponsorship registrations, and event passes are non-refundable.
- Once a registration is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.
- This policy applies to all ticket categories, sponsor packages, and registrations made through gtaconvention.org or authorized partners.
Event Changes & Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that the GTA Mega Convention is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events), we will notify all registered participants.
- Alternative arrangements, rescheduling, or credit towards future events may be provided at the discretion of the organizers.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Participant Responsibility
- Please review all event details, dates, and ticket categories carefully before completing your purchase.
- Ensure your availability for the event dates as no refunds or changes can be made after registration.
